 10TH STANDARD ENGLISH SUPPLIMENTARY  ESSAY

                                            " THE TEMPEST "

INTRODUCTION:

        Title :  “ THE TEMPEST”

        Author: William Shakespeare

                Prospero was an old man.  He was the famous Duke of Milan.  He had a daughter.  Her name was Miranda.  She was brought to the Island Twelve years ago.    People of Milan loved him very much.  He was sent to an Island by his cruel brother Antonio with the help of “The King of Naples. He always was fond of reading especially magic books.  He got the power to use magic.

 Prospero’s Action:

        He ordered to Ariel to make a violent storm to wreck the ship.  Because in ship his brother and the king of Naples travelled. But Prospero did not want to hurt them. Ariel brought Ferdinand to an Island.  Prospero gave hard work to Ferdinand. Miranda and Ferdinand started loving each other.

Prospero’s Forgiveness:

        Ariel brought Antonio and the King of Naples to this Island. Antonio understood his mistake to make to his brother and his daughter.  He asked his brother to forgive me. Prospero forgave them and give life to live them.  He wanted to be together with his enemy the King of Naples and his brother Antonio.  He was ready to give his daughter to Ferdinand.

CONCLUSION:

        Prospero restored their ship to them.  Before he left the Island. He dismissed Ariel from his service.   Ariel thanksed him and left. Miranda and Ferdinand got married. Prospero became the king of Milan. He was kind  to all.  He was a noble man.
